Q. Where is the store based?

A. We are based in Canada, Korea & France.

 

Q. What does your brand(Joah) mean?

A. Joah means good or I like it in Korean. Like our brand name, we take extra care of your satisfaction with our products. 

 

Q. Where are products shipped from?

A. We ship most of the products from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US, Europe or China. Thus, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you ordered different items) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

Q. What is your return or refund policy?

A. Our policy lasts 14 days after you receive your product(s). If 7 days have gone by since item(s) arrive, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, If there are any defects in the products you received, please email us as soon as possible at support@myjoah.com

 

Q. What are your shipping charges?

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We support and process orders in several currencies (USD, AUD, EUR, GBP DKK, NOK, SGD). 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.

 

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order after I have paid for it?

A. Please Email us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
